1. Scope
These terms cover use of the BiM Receivables website and participant portals. Transaction-specific acceptance statements, financing offers and separate agreements may also apply. Read the statements shown before submitting an acceptance, instruction or payment.
2. Accounts and authority
Use a portal only if you are authorized to act for the organization represented by the account. Provide accurate account and organization information, maintain access credentials securely and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for submissions and instructions made through your authorized account.
3. Accurate records and documents
Submit invoices, confirmations and supporting documents that you are authorized to share and that accurately represent the relevant transaction. Do not upload false records, malicious files, unlawful content or information unrelated to the service. Report inaccurate records through the appropriate verification workflow or Support & Disputes.
4. Registry and verification
The platform records invoice registration, Buyer verification and related workflow activity. Registration or verification does not by itself guarantee that a receivable is legally enforceable, will be financed, or will be paid. Participants remain responsible for their underlying goods, services, invoices and contractual obligations.
5. Financing
Financial Intermediaries decide whether to offer financing and on what terms. Review the amount, interest rate, conditions and required authorizations before accepting an offer. Platform status changes record workflow activity; they do not replace the financing agreement or independently prove that an external transfer has occurred.
6. Payments and currency
Review the checkout amount, currency and any displayed conversion before approving payment. Third-party payment-provider terms also apply. An approved checkout or pending capture does not mean settlement is complete. Do not start another payment while an existing attempt is under review. Provider fees, refunds and disputes must be handled under the applicable transaction agreement and payment-provider process.
7. Support and disputes
Use Support & Disputes to raise technical issues or concerns about invoices, financing and payments. Include relevant references and documents, without passwords or payment-card details. Opening or resolving a support ticket does not automatically change a receivable balance, verification decision, financing agreement or payment settlement.
8. Permitted use and availability
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass role restrictions, interfere with the service or use it for fraudulent activity. Access may be restricted where needed to investigate misuse or protect the platform. Maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability; keep your own business records and verify time-sensitive instructions.
9. Privacy and third-party services
The Privacy Policy explains information handled through the platform. Third-party websites and providers operate under their own policies. Information provided through the platform does not replace independent professional advice appropriate to your transaction.
10. Updates and contact
These terms may be updated, with the current date shown on this page. Changes to these general website terms do not automatically rewrite a separate transaction agreement. For questions, contact support@bimreceivables.com or use the website Contact & Support page.
